Last updated: 8 September 2026

1. Important regulatory information

Berkeley Research is a trading name of Boshkini Investments Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16091277.

Boshkini Investments Limited is not currently authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”).

Berkeley Research does not currently provide services that require it to be authorised by the FCA. Any services are provided only to the extent that Berkeley Research is legally and, where applicable, regulatorily permitted to provide them.

Berkeley Research is considering regulatory arrangements that may permit it to provide additional services in the future. If its regulatory status changes, the information on this page will be updated accordingly.

2. Website information

Information made publicly available through this Website is provided for general informational purposes.

Website content is not intended to constitute investment advice or a personal recommendation and has not been prepared taking account of the investment objectives, financial circumstances, portfolio, risk tolerance or particular requirements of any person.

Nothing published on the Website is intended to constitute an offer, invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity or to acquire, dispose of, hold or otherwise deal in any particular investment.

Whether a communication constitutes a financial promotion or regulated investment advice depends on its content and the circumstances in which it is made. Berkeley Research seeks to ensure that material published on the public Website remains informational in nature.

3. Client services

The information available publicly on the Website should be distinguished from services that Berkeley Research may provide under a specific client engagement.

Any client engagement will be subject to separate contractual terms setting out the nature and scope of the services being provided, permitted use of Berkeley Research materials and other relevant terms.

Berkeley Research will only provide services that it is legally and, where applicable, regulatorily permitted to provide at the relevant time.

4. Investment risk

Investments involve risk. The value of investments and income from them can fall as well as rise, and investors may receive back less than the amount originally invested.

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Forecasts, estimates, valuations, scenarios and forward-looking statements are inherently uncertain. They depend upon assumptions and judgements that may prove incorrect, and actual outcomes may differ materially.

5. Research opinions

Opinions, assessments, estimates and conclusions contained in Berkeley Research materials reflect the judgement of the relevant author at the time they are expressed.

Markets, companies, industries, competitive conditions, technologies, valuations and other relevant circumstances change over time. Views and conclusions may therefore change without notice.

Unless otherwise agreed with a client, Berkeley Research is under no obligation to update previously published material solely because circumstances, information or opinions subsequently change.

6. Information sources

Berkeley Research may use information from a wide variety of sources, including company filings and announcements, regulatory disclosures, industry participants, expert networks and consultations, financial and industry databases, media publications, third-party research and other publicly or commercially available information.

Berkeley Research seeks to use sources it considers appropriate for the relevant analysis but cannot independently verify all information obtained from third parties.

Accordingly, no representation or warranty is made as to the completeness, accuracy, timeliness or reliability of all third-party information used in Berkeley Research materials.

7. Artificial intelligence and technology

Berkeley Research uses artificial intelligence and other technology-assisted tools as part of its research, data collection, analysis and workflow processes.

These technologies are intended to augment rather than replace professional judgement. AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions or other limitations.

Berkeley Research applies human judgement to its research and analytical conclusions and does not represent that any AI or technology-assisted process will produce complete or error-free results.

8. Conflicts and interests

Berkeley Research and persons connected with it may from time to time have financial or other interests relating to companies, securities, industries or themes discussed in Berkeley Research materials.

The existence of such an interest does not necessarily mean that a conflict exists in relation to any particular research or client engagement.

Where a material conflict is relevant to a particular client engagement, it will be considered and addressed as appropriate having regard to the circumstances, applicable contractual terms and any applicable regulatory requirements.

9. No guarantee of outcome

Berkeley Research does not guarantee that any research conclusion, investment thesis, forecast, valuation, scenario, analytical framework, workflow design or consultancy recommendation will produce any particular investment, commercial or operational outcome.

Investment and business decisions remain the responsibility of the person or organisation making them.

10. Intended audience

The Website is principally intended for professional and institutional market participants, including investment management firms, hedge funds, family offices, asset managers and other professional investment organisations.

It is not intended to provide personal investment recommendations to retail investors or members of the general public.

11. Access from outside the United Kingdom

Berkeley Research is based in the United Kingdom and the Website is operated from England.

The availability of the Website in another jurisdiction does not constitute a representation that Berkeley Research is authorised to provide any particular service in that jurisdiction.

Persons accessing the Website from outside the United Kingdom are responsible for observing any applicable local laws and restrictions.

12. Client agreements

Research, consultancy and other services provided to clients will be governed by separate engagement documentation.

Such documentation may contain additional provisions concerning confidentiality, permitted use, intellectual property, reliance, liability, conflicts, distribution and regulatory matters.

Where these Website disclosures and the terms of an executed client agreement differ in relation to a particular engagement, the client agreement will govern that engagement, subject to applicable law.
